You get a full refund, subject to our Terms. A failed editorial review never counts against the founding-client offer's 10 spots.
Can I review the release before distribution?
Yes. You review the final release and must explicitly approve it — in plain terms, at a dedicated final-review step — before anything is submitted for distribution.
Can a distributed release be changed or withdrawn?
No. Once you approve it and it's submitted, distribution is final — it cannot be edited, paused, or pulled back. Review it carefully before approving.
Is the price recurring?
No. $1,499 is a one-time payment for founding clients, not a subscription. It applies to the first 10 accepted announcements; the standard one-time price afterward is $1,999.
What happens after the ten founding-client spots are filled?
New orders are priced at the standard one-time rate of $1,999. If a founding order is later refunded in full (for example, an editorial rejection), its spot returns to the pool until 10 have genuinely gone through.
